Opening times

Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm

Weekends and bank holidays: 10am until noon

We are closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day & Easter Sunday, however we do board on these dates.

Please note that Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day are charged at double rate

November open from 7th - 22nd only

December open on 19th as usual.

You are encouraged to come and visit our hotel however we do ask that you make an appointment so that we can ensure we can give you our very best attention.

Price List

​

All suites are extra large family suites big enough for up to 4 cats except The Cabin which is a double suite

£25 1 cat  (£20 if in The Cabin)

£30 2 cats (Sharing)

£35 3 cats (Sharing)

£43 4 cats (Sharing)

 

We charge double on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

 

25% deposit required

​

We have a minimum stay charge of £75. This covers a deep clean and sanitising of suites between guests, replacement of all soft furnishings and other consumables.

​

Please note only cats from the same household may share a suite.

​

We can only accept cash payments or bank transfers (BACS).

​

Full payment is to be made at check-in and a non-refundable, non-transferable 25% deposit is required for all bookings.

Check in and check out of guests is by appointment only during opening times, this is to ensure we can provide uninterrupted and individual attention to each special guest. We welcome viewings prior to booking and request that you make an appointment for this.

Part of the conditions of our license is that we strictly adhere to our opening times for check ins and check outs therefore please respect these times when booking your cats holiday with us.
